Adults can help scientists understand the brain. Researchers are looking for volunteers to help us learn more about how the brain works in people without mood and anxiety disorders.

This is an outpatient study with 1-3 visits, that enrolls adults ages 18 to 65 years old without serious medical conditions who do not have a current or past history of psychiatric illnesses. Volunteers will complete questionnaires, undergo brain scans, and participate in other procedures.

The study is conducted at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. There is no cost to participate. Compensation is provided. Transportation costs will be reimbursed.
