- Annual Facilitated Discussion of Ethics Cases – (OFT) – 1hr
Ethics for Lunch - NIMH-offered annual training for all scientific staff
- In person OITE RCR Training within first year of arriving – (OITE)
- Introductory Course on Research Ethics – 5hrs
- Training for Predocs and Postbacs
- Conducting Research Responsibly – 4hrs
- Training for Postdoc level scientists to prepare them leading a research group, mentoring and submitting for training award grant proposals such as the K99
- NIH Experimental Design and Reproducibility Modules* - (PI) - 1 hr

- Welcome to [the PI’s] Lab* - (PI) - 1 hr
Trainees are required to participate in a Mentor-led discussion, developed specifically for her/his laboratory staff and trainees, regarding expectations for the lab including behavior, record keeping, etc.
*Each of these earns the PI 1hr of supervisory training credit
