Transcript

(Music)
Narrator: Got 60 seconds? Take a mental health minute to learn about bipolar disorder in adults.

Everyone goes through ups and downs in life, but for people with bipolar disorder, these mood swings can reach extremes. Symptoms of bipolar disorder include drastic changes in mood, energy, activity level, ability to concentrate, and sleep needs.

For many people, bipolar disorder usually doesn't go away on its own. If you have symptoms, talk with a health care provider. With medication and therapy, things can get better.
